Here is how it works:
First, all you have to do is call, text, or schedule a free estimate on our website. Please describe the items you need removed to a degree it can be bid, and if we have any questions, we will be sure to call you and ask. What we need to know is a brief description of the items, the city you are located in, and whether said items are accessible (ex. stairs or multiple floors). Then, it is just a matter of scheduling a time.
Our pricing is based on multiple factors: single items, size and weight of the item, space taken up in the truck, and special disposal requirements. If the items are loose or in a pile, we may need a picture to be sent to us via text or email in order to finish the estimate. Otherwise, if pictures aren't available, we can schedule an in person estimate or even quote an estimate range that can be narrowed down upon arrival of our removal team.
However, most removals can be bid over the phone in no more than 15 minutes. We price based on single items or by the load pricing where we can price how many loads your removal will fill of either our pickup truck, box truck, or dump truck. Special disposal items such as air conditioners or chemicals will be bid separately.
Payment options include cash or card. If you decide to pay with card; we charge a 4% card processing fee on top of 3.6% refuse tax imposed by the state.
