If actual junk removal cost is deemed by us to be less than the first estimate, we will lower your final price and refund/discount the difference.
All items we take away are disposed of responsibly and recycled/reused whenever possible.
We have the right to refuse to accept any item, as well as ones we deem hazardous or are not equipped or able to properly dispose or recycle.
Extra charge for removal for after hours or night deliveries.
Clear Space is not responsible for scuffs to walls, doors, or floors.
If you are located out of our service area an extra fee will be charged based on mileage.
